God has called us to be a community of people that love God above all, love each other unconditionally and make disciples who follow Jesus. Christians are made in community. To make disciples, Jesus spent a great deal of time living and doing ministry with them as a group. It was not just their time in the Scriptures and their time with Jesus that made them disciples. It was the interaction of relationships that helped each one of them grow as disciples. We are all a work in progress, but when we come together as a community of believers in God, amazing things can happen.
Worship is relaxed. You may come in blue jeans or dressed up as much as you like. Worship music varies from Sunday to Sunday and includes both contemporary and traditional. We have a prayer time when people may pray at the altar while someone reads Scripture and leads in public prayer before the message. The sermons are based on the Bible.
